Before moving into HR, I spent years in operations leadership helping a logistics company grow through rapid expansion. That experience shapes how I approach HR today — focused on efficiency, clarity, and solutions that work in real workplaces.
My background includes teaching and training, operations leadership, and hands-on HR development. I’ve helped build HR systems from the ground up while supporting supervisors, owners, and frontline teams through real challenges.
As part of a leadership team, I completed organizational health training through Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group. That experience continues to influence how I approach team dynamics, communication, and long-term retention.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts and postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. More importantly, I understand the day-to-day realities owner-led businesses face — limited time, tight budgets, and the need for straightforward guidance.
